Method
Do These Pranayamas
Practice Kapalabhati and Anulom Vilom Pranayama for 30 minutes. Also chant Bhramari Pranayama and the Gayatri Mantra.
Regular practice is essential.
Mandukasana:
Sit in Vajrasana, place your fists on your navel, bend forward while exhaling, and repeat 4-5 times.
Vakrasana:
Sit in Dandasana, cross your legs. Keeping your spine straight, bend your body to one side and hold for 30-60 seconds.
Ardha Matsyendrasana:
Sit on the floor, bend one leg over the other, and rotate your body in that direction.
