Milk or milk products

If the height of the child is low or there is less growth, then definitely feed him 3 glasses of milk a day. Also feed a bowl of curd. If the child does not like milk, then you can also feed chenna, paneer, mawa etc. Apart from this, calcium will also be found in cheese.

Green leafy vegetables

Dry fruits and seeds

Almonds and black sesame seeds should be specially included in the diet. Soak chia seeds in milk at night. Mix it in milk in the morning and prepare a smoothie.

Banana is the best among fruits

Banana should be included in the diet of children. It has a good amount of calcium. Include it in the diet of children in the form of banana shake or smoothie, in which you can also add some roasted black sesame seeds.

Prepare this healthy powder at home to increase height - 
One bowl of makhana, half a bowl of black sesame seeds. Roast half a bowl of almonds and different seeds as per taste like melon seeds, watermelon seeds etc. When it cools down, grind it in a grinder and make a powder. Mix two spoons of this powder in a glass of milk and give it to children three times a day. In this way, you can easily increase the dose of calcium in the child's diet.

Also know
It is very important to play or be active for 30-40 minutes daily. Playing in the sun from 7 to 9 in the morning helps in the absorption of Vitamin D calcium.
