Method
Strawberry and lemon
It has antioxidants, anti-aging properties, reduces inflammation. 5 strawberry slices, 1 lemon in one liter of water
Apple and cinnamon
Increases metabolism, helps in blood sugar control. 5-6 apple pieces, 1 cinnamon stick in 1 liter of water
Orange, lemon and mint
Boosts immunity, rich source of vitamin C. Add half orange and half lemon slices and 5 mint leaves in one liter of water
Ginger, lemon, honey
Fat burning, digestion, relief from cold and cough
Add 1 inch grated ginger in 1 glass of lukewarm water, add juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon honey.
Use instantly.
Lemon, cucumber, mint
Improves digestion, speeds up the detox process of the body, brightens the skin.
Add 1/2 cucumber slice, 5-6 mint leaves, 1 lemon slice in 1 liter of water and keep it in the fridge.
