  • pomegranate-tomato
  • turmeric
  • ground flax seeds
  • amla
  • black pepper
  • lukewarm water

Method


- Take these 6 things on an empty stomach in the morning

1. Fenugreek water: 

Soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. Filter this water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. It controls sugar naturally and improves digestion.

2. Cinnamon, black pepper drink: 

Mixing half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a pinch of black pepper in 1 cup of lukewarm water and drinking it in the morning is beneficial.

3. Amla juice: 

Mixing 1-2 teaspoons of amla juice in water and drinking it on an empty stomach improves digestion and activates the pancreas. This keeps the production of insulin balanced.


4. Flax seeds:

Sugar is absorbed slowly by mixing 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds in lukewarm water or curd.

5. Turmeric-lemon water:

Drinking half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of lemon juice mixed in lukewarm water will control sugar.

6. Tomato and pomegranate juice:

A small glass of mixed pomegranate-tomato juice cleanses the blood. The risk of diabetes will decrease due to reduced oxidative stress.
