When you sweat a lot in summer, some skin related problems start occurring. Actually, when the heat in the body increases suddenly, it causes rashes on the skin. In such a situation, some remedies are being told in naturopathy, which will work to reduce the heat of the body.

Things You Will Need


  • Clay
  • Black Soil
  • Bael Syrup
  • Fennel Water
  • Multani Soil
  • Buttermilk

Method


■ To remove the foul smell of sweat and cool the stomach, apply hot-cold compress on the stomach and keep a clay bandage. By doing this, the stomach will remain absolutely clean. Due to the removal of toxins from the body, there will be no foul smell from the sweat.

■ Soak black soil at night. In the morning, mix buttermilk in it and apply it on the whole body like a scrub and take a bath after 15-20 minutes. If there is itching, use Multani soil.

■ While bathing, rub and wipe the body with a wet cloth. Then apply soap and take a bath. The pores of the skin will open. Due to which gradually the problem related to sweat will end.

■ Take a walk for at least 40-50 minutes in the morning. Do anulom-vilom and deep breathing in pranayam.

■ Clay bandage is beneficial to remove heat. For this, soak the clay for 8 hours. Then put it on a cotton cloth and keep it on the eyes for 10 minutes, on the stomach for 30 minutes.

■ In diet therapy, you can take bael syrup, fennel water. All these things are cold. You can take fennel water by mixing a little sugar candy two to three times a day. You can make mint syrup and drink it.
