Aloo Tikki Chaat
Things You Will Need
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli
- salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 1 cup sweet Curd
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup masala boondi
- 1/2 cup bhujia
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- black salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and two teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves.
Method
First of all take 3 boiled potatoes and mash them. Mix salt and red chilli in it and make tikki. Fry them on a hot pan till they turn golden on both sides. Now place the potato tikki in a plate and pour sweet curd and green chutney on it. Then add chopped onion, masala boondi, bhujia and add red chilli, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and black salt on top. The chaat is ready. Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves and serve.
