1. For Weight Loss: Soak two teaspoons of coriander leaves in one cup of water overnight. In the morning, boil the mixture and let it simmer until the water reduces to about three-quarters of a cup. Add a pinch each of black pepper and black salt before consuming.
2. For Stomach Gas: Soak one teaspoon of coriander seeds in one cup of water overnight. In the morning, boil the mixture until the liquid reduces by half; then, strain it and drink it after adding black salt and lemon juice. This provides relief from bloating.
3. To Stimulate Appetite: Prepare a chutney by blending fresh green coriander with dried pomegranate seeds (*anardana*), lemon juice, and black salt. This chutney helps resolve stomach-related issues and stimulates the appetite.
4. For Mouth Ulcers: To alleviate mouth ulcers, skin irritation, or burning sensations in the hands and feet, soak fresh green coriander in water overnight. In the morning, lightly boil the mixture, add some rock sugar (*mishri*), and drink half a cup.
