Problems related to changing lifestyles are also increasing. This includes pain in the neck or shoulder area. Sometimes the problem becomes so severe that it causes difficulty in turning the neck, lifting the head, or performing other physical activities. If not addressed in time, the problem can become quite serious. Let's understand what cervical pain is and how you can get relief from it...

203 million people suffered from cervical pain in 2020
This number will reach 270 million by 2050
(According to a study by The Lancet)

Understand what cervical pain is

The cervical spine is located in the neck area and is made up of 7 vertebral bones. These are called C1 to C7. These parts support the neck, help in rotating and bending the head, and also protect the spinal cord, which transmits messages from the brain to the rest of the body. Problems associated with these bones are called cervical pain or cervical spondylitis, which causes pain in the neck and shoulder area.
