These drinks will save you from heat, stomach and brain will also get coolness



Things You Will Need


  • White part of the peel of a watermelon
  • a bowl of sugar
  • a bowl of Gulkand
  • some dry fruit slivers
  • saffron and 5-7 cloves
  • 100 grams jaggery
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 20 grams fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt and 1 cup ice cubes
  • 500 grams Kavya Mango / Keri
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2.5 liters water
  • 3 teaspoons roasted cumin powder
  • Salt according to taste and one teaspoon black salt

Method


1. Boil or roast raw mango and mash its pulp well in water, add roasted cumin, mint, black salt and sweetener as per taste and drink it, it will give relief from heat. Similarly, soak tamarind pulp in water and make panak (pana).

2. Soak real sandalwood powder in water overnight, mash it well in the morning and filter it. Add sugar to it and cook it till it becomes thick like syrup. This sherbet will cool the heart and brain. It will remove burning sensation and urine infection in the body.

3. Mash one or two crystals of Gond Katira well in one cup and soak it in water at night according to taste, add salt or sweetener to it in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach.

4. Roast and grind barley, sorghum, gram and moong. These are very dry, so first add some ghee to this sattu. Then mix water, sugar candy, black salt and drink.

5. Eating fresh seasonal fruits like watermelon, muskmelon, raspberry, phalsa, mulberry, pomegranate and jamun or drinking their syrup/shake will give relief in heat.

6. Mix coriander powder with equal quantity of ghee and desi sugar and keep it for 3 days. Take 20 to 50 grams of it every morning on an empty stomach.

7. Clean fresh rose petals and soak them in rose water overnight, mash well and filter. Now make syrup of it and make syrup. This syrup will give a lot of coolness to the body and remove heat. Similarly, poppy seed syrup can also be made.

8. Clean rose petals, mix sugar candy powder in it and keep it in a porcelain pot. Gulkand is ready in a few days. Take 15 to 30 grams regularly at night.

9. Watermelon Gulkand Dessert

Mix 2-3 bowls of water, a bowl of sugar and saffron in a pan and let it boil. Then add watermelon peels and boil for 2 minutes. Remove the watermelon peels and let it cool slightly. Then fill it with the mixture of Gulkand and dry fruits and pack it in the shape of a paan with cloves. Watermelon Gulkand Dessert is ready. Keep it in the fridge for some time. Serve it chilled.

10. Jaggery Sharbat

Grind all the ingredients finely in a mixer by adding one cup water. Then add 4 glasses of cold water and mix well. The nutritious and delicious jaggery sharbat is ready. It tastes like sugarcane juice.


11. Keri Pana

Boil Keri in half a liter of water. When it cools down, take out all its pulp. Then filter it in a separate vessel and add 2 liters of water, sugar, salt and cumin seeds to it. Garnish with ice and coriander or mint leaves. It protects from heat stroke.

12. Cool and Healthy Drink

Soak Gond Katira in water for four to five hours. Crush lemon juice, honey, salt, cumin seeds and mint leaves and put them in a vessel. Add chilled water and mix well. First apply sugar candy powder on the edges of the glass in which it is to be served. Add Gond Katira to it. Keep adding the prepared chilled lemon water slowly. You can also use soda instead of cold glue water. Katira cooler is ready.
