Things You Will Need
- 1/2 kg Phalsa
- 1/4 kg sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- some mint leaves
Method
First of all take fresh Phalsa in a bowl. Add sugar, a little salt, black salt and roasted cumin seeds as per taste and mix well. Now leave it for 10 minutes so that the sugar releases its water. This will enhance its taste. Now mix it by adding water little by little. Then filter this mixture with the help of a sieve, so that a smooth and tasty juice can be obtained. Pour it in a glass and garnish it with mint leaves. Fresh and healthy Phalsa juice is ready.
