Things You Will Need
- 10 almonds
- 10 cashews
- 4 figs
- 4 apricots
- 15-20 raisins
- 5-6 pistachios
- 4 walnut kernels
- 4 cups cold milk and 1 cup crushed ice
Method
Soak all the dry fruits in water at night. Take them out of water in the morning. Peel almonds, walnut kernels and pistachios. Chop the pistachios finely and keep them aside. Grind all the remaining dry fruits in a mixer jar with some milk. When it becomes fine, add the remaining milk and ice and run the mixer once again. The dry fruits thick shake is ready. Serve it by pouring it in a glass and garnishing it with pistachios. It is a cool and healthy immunity booster that provides relief from heat.
