Ingredients:
- 2 glasses of milk
- 4 tsp roasted gram powder
- 1 tsp saffron flavored custard
- 5 almonds, 5 cashews
- 4 tsp sugar
- a little cardamom powder
- rose essence
- dried rose petals and saffron
Method
Mix custard and gram powder in a cup of normal milk and add it to the boiling milk. After boiling for 10 minutes, add ground cashew nuts, almonds, sugar, saffron and cardamom powder. Turn off the gas after 5 minutes. Now add rose essence. Keep the thandai in the fridge. Now garnish the cold thandai with rose petals and serve.
