Due to changing lifestyle and eating habits, many types of disorders are arising in the body. Nowadays, complaints of pain in knees, elbows and wrists are being seen a lot. These mainly include swelling in knees, problems in climbing stairs, problems in straightening knees and wrists, cracking sound. For this, you can get relief to a great extent by doing some exercises.

Joint pain can be caused by an injury, cartilage tear, arthritis, obesity, diabetes or any infection.

1. 

Lying down, move both the toes back and forth for 10-10 minutes.

Lie straight and keep one leg straight and lift it up to 60 degrees and pull the toe towards you and hold for half a minute.

Put a towel or pillow under the knee and press for 30 seconds.

Fold both legs and keep a pillow between the knees and hold for 10-20 seconds.

Benefits can be gained by exercising along with a fixed routine and nutritious diet.

While straightening your arms, push the palm backwards.

After this, bring the hands to normal position and keep them downwards.

Now keep the fingers joined downwards and rotate the palm downwards. After keeping them in this position for some time, now leave the hands loose.

Due to pain in the hands, doing wrist extension and wrist flexion exercises strengthens the palm. The muscles of the hands become strong.
