You can easily make distilled water at home.
Distilled water is the pure form of water, that is, water which does not contain minerals is distilled water.
Distilled water is used in places like batteries, injections, cleaning, inverter battery, nebulizer steam machine etc. 

Things You Will Need

• Water
• Gas Stove
• Vessel
• Bowl
• Plate 
  

Method

To make distilled water, first of all you have to take a vessel in which you have to fill half of it with water, now you have to keep that vessel on the gas stove.
Now keep a wide bowl in that vessel inside the water and cover the vessel with glass or a plain plate.

If you have ice cubes in your fridge, you can place them on top of the plate. Keeping ice will produce more quantity of distilled water.

Now you have to turn on the gas stove, due to which the water will start boiling, the boiling water will turn into steam and hit the covered plate and fall into the bowl.

You have to let the water boil until all the water is gone.
Now you have to turn off the gas stove and let the water cool down.
After it cools down, you have to take out the bowl from the vessel.
The water collected in the bowl is your distilled water which you can use everywhere.

By this process your distilled water is prepared.
