Method


1. Refreshing Paan Milkshake


Preparation Time: 05 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 5-6 people

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 Paan (betel) leaves,
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds (Saunf),
  • 4 green cardamom pods,
  • 4 cups milk,
  • 1 small cup vanilla ice cream,
  • 3-4 ice cubes,
  • 1/4 tsp green food coloring,
  • A few fresh rose petals

Method: 

In a blender jar, combine the paan leaves, fennel seeds, cardamom, vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and the green food coloring; blend until you achieve a smooth paste. Add the remaining milk and ice cubes to the mixture, blend again, and then pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh rose petals. Serve this refreshing Paan Milkshake—perfect for the summer season.

2. Roasted Gram Milkshake


Preparation Time: 05 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 02 people

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tablespoons roasted gram (Bhuna Chana),
  • 1 glass milk (cold),
  • 1 banana or apple,
  • 3-4 dates (pitted) or jaggery,
  • Almonds or walnuts for garnish

Method: 

Remove the outer skins from the roasted gram. Next, grind them into a fine powder. In a blender jar, combine the roasted gram powder, banana (or apple), dates (pitted) or jaggery, and the glass of cold milk; blend thoroughly until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. Take an earthen glass (or any serving glass). Pour the prepared milkshake into the glass and serve, garnished with chopped almonds or other nuts. 

3. Dragon Fruit & Strawberry Milkshake

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2 people

Ingredients:
  • 1 Dragon Fruit,
  • 2 cups cold milk,
  • 4 tablespoons Sattu (roasted gram flour),
  • 4 teaspoons sugar,
  • 2 green cardamom pods,
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped dry fruits,
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Method: 
Cut the dragon fruit in half and remove the peel. Cut the dragon fruit into small pieces. In a blender jar, combine the chopped dragon fruit, sugar, milk, and strawberries, and blend until smooth. Now, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend again. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, pour the milkshake into glasses, top with a scoop of ice cream, and serve.



4. Biscoff Choco Milkshake


Ingredients:
1/2 pack of Biscoff biscuits,
1/2 liter full-fat milk,
20g chocolate syrup,
50g chocolate ice cream,
A few ice cubes

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2 people

Method: 
Place the Biscoff biscuits in a blender and crush them into fine crumbs. Add the ice cubes, chocolate ice cream, and milk, then blend until smooth. Decorate the inside of the glasses with chocolate syrup. Pour the Biscoff Choco Milkshake into the glasses. Top with chocolate powder or chocolate chips. Your Biscoff Choco Milkshake is ready!

5. Peanut Butter and Banana Dream Milkshake

Preparation Time: 05 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: For 3 people

Ingredients:
Two ripe bananas,
Milk – 1 glass,
Peanut butter – 1 tablespoon,
Honey – 1 teaspoon (or 5-6 dates)

Method:
 Add the bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey (or dates), and one scoop of vanilla ice cream to a blender. Blend until the bananas are completely incorporated and the shake becomes thick and creamy. Pour the shake into a large glass. Now, place a second scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Garnish with a few chopped peanuts or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
