Varicose Veins
1. Blood Clots in Veins
If you are overweight and do not exercise regularly, you may suddenly experience swelling or heaviness in your legs. The real reason for this is that blood clots have accumulated in the deep veins of the legs, and the process of blood circulation has been disrupted.
2. Persistent Swelling
Swelling is a common problem due to obesity, which worsens by evening and is often accompanied by mild pain. This is due to Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI). If left untreated, dark marks or patches may appear on the legs.
3. Appearance of Blue Veins
Blue veins begin to appear on the legs, which will gradually enlarge and develop into varicose veins. The risk of developing varicose ulcers near the ankles also increases.
Treatment and Remedies
If blood clots have formed in the leg veins, blue veins have become more prominent, or dark marks and patches have appeared, consult a doctor and get timely treatment.
