Change the water of moneyplant or indoor plant on time

Mosquitoes can grow in both clean and dirty water. Therefore, do not allow water to accumulate on pots, coolers or roof. Change the water of moneyplant and indoor plant on time. Use mosquito nets.

Do not eat food kept in stale or fridge

Eating outside in this season increases the risk of diseases like typhoid, vomiting, gastroenteritis and hepatitis. So avoid the outside food completely. Do not eat food kept in stale or fridge. Eat fresh, hot and homemade food. Also drink only purified or boiled water.


Take ORS, keep body temperature controlled

Wear dry clothes immediately after getting soaked in the rain. Skin infection and cold are likely due to excessive staying in wet clothes. Consult a doctor immediately if there is a cupcopy, vomiting, headache, body pain, skin rash or bleeding with fever. Turn ORS during vomiting and diarrhea. Keep body temperature controlled in fever. Timely sleeping, nutritious diet and cleanliness keeps the body's immunity strong.

Ayurvedic way to fight moisture and diseases

Increased moisture during the rainy season weakens digestive power, which reduces immunity. In such a situation, according to Ayurveda, increase the immunity by adopting catering, vinacharya and these home remedies.

1. Do not sleep in the day:

Leave the habit of sleeping in the summer day in this season. Digestive power is weak during the rainy season and the outbreak of the three defects also increases. In such a situation, if there is a habit of sleeping during the day, then the risk of falling ill again and again increases.

2. Do not stay in the open at night:

Do not sleep under the open sky and keep umbrellas etc. together while exiting, otherwise you may fall ill.

3. Use honey:

Consuming old honey in this season is helpful in removing excess moisture stored in the body. You can drink it mixed with water or can also be eaten by mixing it in food.


4. Take Saunth-Calimberry-Pippali powder

Consuming dry ginger-climber and pippali powder with honey increases immunity and also keeps digestion. If you want, you can also use it in vegetables, lentils or khichdi etc.

5. Take Giloy, Turmeric and Tulsi:

Use Giloy, Turmeric and Tulsi regularly to fight seasonal diseases and increase immunity. Make a decoction of these three and drink it once a day. Apart from this, coriander/fenugreek/fennel water can also be taken.

6. Eat barley-wheat:

Priority barley and wheat in diet. Eat fruits and vegetables only after washing and cutting fresh. Give digestible food to elderly, pregnant, children and patients suffering from any disease.


7. Do not drink water on an empty stomach:

Boil the water, cool and drink it. Do not drink water stale or empty stomach. Stay away from a place where there is moisture. Do not allow water to collect around the house.

8. Wash hands with soap before meals:

Take boiling and bath daily. Keep the body clean and fragrant, wash hands with soap before meals.
