Many students ask what is the best time to study? The answer to this question depends on the biological clock and personal lifestyle of the person. But many studies shed light on the time when the brain is more active.

Morning time: Brahmamuhurta
That is, the time from 4:30 am to 7 am. Its scientific side is that this time is considered the most sacred and peaceful in Ayurveda and Yogashastra. This is the time just before sunrise. According to the Journal of Biological RIMS (2010), the brain is most alert in the morning and memory and reasoning work better. This increases concentration, the environment is calm. The brain remains fresh after getting complete sleep.
Afternoon time:
For review and soft topics, the time from 2 pm to 4 pm is good. However, you may feel a little tired during this time.
Night time:
