Tokri Chaat Recipe
Things You Will Need
- 4 cup maida
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oil
- Water
- 1 cup gram boiled
- 1 cup of moong-blot boiled
- 4 potatoes boiled and finely chopped
- Onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- Coriander leaf
- Green chutney
- Tamarind
- Garlic chutney
- 3 cups yogurt
- red chilli
- cumin powder
- Salt taste
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Finely sev
- Spice
- Pomegranate
Method
First of all, add flour, salt and two tablespoons of hot oil in a pot and shake. Add a little water and knead soft. Take the dough and flatten it and give a shape of the basket and pierce it with the form. Then deep fry in hot oil. Until it becomes light brown and crisp. Now place the crisp basket in the plate and add boiled gram, moong potatoes and add green, garlic chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney. Then add curd and then add all three chutney. Add chili powder, cumin powder and salt to it. Garnish with fine sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.
