These methods will give relief in pelvic pain


Women often complain of pain in the lower abdomen. This pain can also occur during menstruation, due to urine infection, PID or endometriosis etc. In such a situation, women can get relief from pelvic pain by doing some yoga and exercise.

Method


Child Pose:

You can do this yoga to get relief from pain in pelvic and waist muscles.
How to do: Sit on your knees and bend forward and touch your head to the ground. Stretch your hands in front. Stay in this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute while breathing deeply. Do this 2-3 times a day.

Bridge Pose:

Strengthens the pelvic floor muscles.
How to do: Lie on your back, bend your knees, feet on the ground. Now slowly lift the pelvic area and waist up. Hold for a few seconds. Then slowly come down. Repeat 10 times.

Pelvic Tilt:

This relaxes the muscles of the back and pelvic region.
How to do: Lie on your back, bend your knees and place your toes on the floor. Now pull your stomach inwards and lower your back to the floor. Hold for 5-10 seconds, then return to normal position. Do this 10-15 times a day.

Kegel Exercise:

This strengthens the pelvic floor.
How to do: Contract the urine holding muscles for 5-10 seconds and then release. Do it 2-3 times a day. Repeat 10-15 times each time.
