Things You Will Need
- 1 Bel 500-600 grams
- 150 grams jaggery
- 50 grams fennel
- Half bowl mint powder
- 4 dry betel leaves
Method
To make Bel powder, break the Bel and take out its pulp. Then dry the pulp well in the sun. Now put Bel pulp, jaggery, dried mint powder, fennel, dry betel leaves and grind it. Make sure to grind the powder finely. Now filter it and fill it in a jar. When you want to drink, add 2-3 spoons in water or milk and drink it and make others drink it.
