Get peace through yoga and satvik lifestyle
Gomukh Asana
In Gomukh Asana, one has to sit with the left leg over the right hip and the right leg over the left hip. Then join both the hands from behind where the upper hand will go from above and the lower hand from below. Take a deep breath and feel the chest expanding. Do this asana 5 times and then repeat it by changing the position of the feet and hands. This asana brings mental peace and helps in controlling anger.
Shashank Asana
Shashank means moon which is a symbol of peace and coolness. Sitting in Vajrasana, slowly bend forward and try to touch the forehead to the ground. If the head does not reach the ground, bend as much as you can. Then slowly come out of this position and sit in Vajrasana. Do this asana 3 to 4 times. This will reduce anger and give mental peace.
Eat Satvik food:
To avoid anger, we should eat Satvik food. Satvik diet not only gives energy to the body but also maintains mental peace. Eat less garlic. It is a symbol of intensity and heat. It can increase anger.
Drink more water:
Drinking water does not cause dehydration and the mental state also remains balanced.
Practice laughter:
Laugh heartily three times a day, which will make you feel light. Laughter causes a flow of positive energy in the body, which removes anger and gives mental peace.
Spend time amidst nature:
Spending time amidst nature gives peace to the body and mind. This can control anger and stress.
