Things You Will Need


  • Turmeric 
  • Ginger 
  • Amla
  • Coriander 
  • Ajwain
  • Lukewarm 
  • Peppermint

Method


Turmeric-Ginget Water:

Turmeric is rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Mixing half a teaspoon of both and drinking it by adding a pinch of black pepper in milk reduces inflammation of the body.

Amla Juice:

Amla is rich in vitamin C. Mixing one cap of amla juice in water and drinking it increases the immunity of the body.

Coriander Water:

Soaking coriander seeds in water overnight, filtering the water in the morning and drinking it by adding sugar candy removes pitta doshas in the body. Also, stomach heat is eliminated.

Ajwain water:

To detoxify the body, soak one teaspoon of ajwain overnight and drink its water in the morning. It provides relief from gas and indigestion. Drinking cumin and fennel water in the same way strengthens the digestive system.

Drink lukewarm water:

Drinking tea and coffee on an empty stomach in the morning leads to accumulation of toxins in the body. Which causes many diseases. Therefore, start the morning with one or two glasses of lukewarm water. It helps in flushing out toxins from the body. It provides relief in many kidney related diseases.

Peppermint water:

Soak 10-15 mint leaves in a glass of water overnight and in the morning filter this water and drink it by adding lemon as per taste.
