Cool Cool Kulfi Recipe

Things You Will Need
- One and half litre full cream milk
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 8 cashews
- 10 almonds
- 4 cardamoms
- Pistachio almond custard
- Rose syrup
- Saffron almonds
- Rabdi kulfi
Method
Heat full cream milk. When the milk is reduced to half, mix cardamom. Then grind cashews and almonds finely and mix them in the milk. When the milk thickens, turn off the gas. Divide the milk into four parts. Mix different flavors in each part. Keep it in the fridge to cool. Kulfi of four different flavors is ready.
