- Milk – 2 liters
- Sugar – five teaspoons
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- food color
- Cashew Almonds - 50 grams
Method

To make Kulfi, first of all you have to take 2 liters of milk, put it in a pan to heat, heat the milk till it reduces to half, do not make it completely thick, keep it a little soft.
Once the milk thickens, you can add your favorite food color to it.
Now you have to add cashew almond paste and cardamom powder to it, which will increase the taste of kulfi. Now you have to add sugar as per taste in the pan, now you have to cook the milk for five more minutes and keep it aside to cool.
After it cools down, now you have to put that milk in the mixer and mix it very finely.
Now you have to fill this milk in a kulfi maker box or a small glass and keep it in the freezer to freeze.
