Today we are going to tell you the recipe of making mixture namkeen which you can easily make at your home.
Namkeen is very useful for us when we do not like the vegetables cooked at home.
If we have namkeen at our house then we do not have to bring namkeen from the market for the guests coming to our house.

Things You Will Need
Ingredients required for making mixture namkeen
Gram flour – 200 grams
All spices (as per taste) – turmeric, chilli, salt, fennel, oregano, coriander
Poha - 50 grams
Peanut seeds - 50 grams
Masoor dal - 50 grams
Chana dal - 50 grams
Peas and Dal - 50 grams
Oil – for frying

Method
Method of making mixture namkeen:-
First of all, you have to take a vessel to knead the flour, now you have to put gram flour in that vessel, now add all the spices as per taste in that gram flour. While kneading the gram flour with the spices, add some oil in it. salty will become crispy
Now you have to knead the gram flour and keep it covered for an hour.
If you have a namkeen making machine then you have to feed the kneaded dough into the machine.
Now to fry the namkeen, you have to put oil in a pan and place it on the stove.
When the oil in the pan is heated, Namkeen has to be added through the machine.
You have to make some namkeens of medium size and you have to make some namkeens of small size.
After the Namkeen Puri is ready, you have to take some more gram flour and make boondi from it.
After making the boondi, you have to fry the poha in a pan and take it out when it becomes hard.
Now you have to fry all the pulses and peanut seeds in oil until they become hard.
After all the things are fried, you have to let them cool down.
After it cools down, mix everything and pack it in a glass container for storage.
