Whenever we are very hungry and we have very little time, then first of all we remember to make Maggi because Maggi is prepared very quickly, it does not require any hard work and also takes less time, so when Whenever we feel hungry, we like to make Maggi.
Today I will teach you how to make Maggi in a new style, so friends, today I will teach you how to make Tadka Maggi. Tadka Maggi tastes better than normal Maggi and it looks very tasty.
Tadka Maggi is one such dish that is sure to tempt you - Spicy, butter and garlic flavored Maggi has always been our favourite, which is made more delicious by these spices. 

Things You Will Need

  •  2 packets Maggi
  •  1 cup onion
  •  chopped 1cup tomato
  •  chopped 1 cup capsicum
  •  chopped 1 cup green peas
  •  1 cup carrot chopped
  •  1 tsp hot Masala
  •  1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  •  2-3 dry red chilies
  •  1 tsp garlic chopped
  •  1 tsp butter 

Method

1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, tomato, capsicum, peas and carrots to it.
2. Cook it till the vegetables become slightly soft. Now add Maggi masala, garam masala and a little salt and mix well.
3. When this masala is cooked, add 2 cups of water to it.
4. Boil the spices and water together and add Maggi noodles.
5. Cover the lid and let it cook for some time.
6. After Maggi is almost cooked, heat another pan and add butter to it.
7. When the butter is hot, add chopped garlic and dry red chillies to it.
8. Once it starts crackling, add Kashmiri chili powder and after mixing everything well, remove from heat.
9. Come back to your Maggi, it would be well cooked by now – take it off the flame and pour this tadka on top.
10. Mix the tadka well and serve hot.
