Things You Will Need
- 1kg khoya
- 300gm sugar or as per taste
- One tablespoon cardamom powder
- some dry fruits to top
Method
To make Mawa Barfi, first of all you have to make khoya from milk. To make khoya, you have to boil milk in a big vessel. Till the milk comes to a boil, you have to keep stirring it with the help of a spoon. So that the milk does not stick to the vessel and the khoya gets prepared easily.When the milk becomes thick, you have to keep it in a separate vessel and keep it in the refrigerator.
Now you have to put twice the amount of sugar as khoya in the pan and add some water and turn on the gas stove and make the syrup. When the syrup is ready, then you have to add the khoya you had made in it. , and also you have to add cardamom powder and a little ghee in it. Now you have to stir the mixture with a spoon until the mixer becomes thick. You do not have to stop stirring the spoon.
Now you have to apply some ghee on the bottom of a plate or plate and grease it. Now you have to spread it on the plate with the mixer from the pan. Now you have to add dry fruits to it and smooth it on top.
Now you have to keep it to cool. When it cools down, you can cut it into pieces with the help of a knife. Now you can make any type of pieces you want with the help of a knife.
Mawa barfi made from milk is ready, now you can eat it easily.
